A deployment is governed by one signed agreement between your organization and ours. The privacy notice and the terms of use are shared with atmon.ai, because they are about the hosted service and about these websites rather than about your deployment.

The split is deliberate. Your deployment holds your data and runs on your machines, so what governs it is an agreement between two organizations. The shared documents cover the things we do actually operate: the hosted product and these two websites.
Precedence
Which document wins
- Your deployment The signed license agreement governs it, and its data processing terms govern the personal data inside it. Nothing on this website changes that agreement.
- The hosted service The shared terms of use and privacy notice govern the product at atmon.ai, which is a different thing from a deployment you run.
- These websites The shared privacy notice covers this site and atmon.ai. What that comes to here is the short list below.
- This page A description, not an agreement. Where the wording here and a signed document differ, the signed document is what holds.
This website
What this site collects
Nothing about you, and this is checkable rather than promised. Every asset on every page here is served from this one address, and a mechanical gate fails the build if a page ever reaches another company for anything.
The same gate is why the fonts, the drawings and the paper texture are all files in this deployment rather than links to somebody else's.
- No analytics. Nobody counts visitors, sessions or clicks on this site.
- No cookies from these pages. None of them sets one, for any purpose, including the ones a banner would ask about. Signing in to the console under /console sets the session cookie that keeps you signed in, and nothing else.
- No third-party requests. No fonts, no tags, no scripts and no images from anywhere else.
- No forms on these pages. Every way of reaching us here is an email address, so you decide what you send and to whom. The console is the product rather than the website, and its sign-in form goes to your deployment.
Said plainly
Where the paperwork stands today
- Beta GitHub is the first live provider account atmon can reach, and every other connection still runs against a stand-in service. That belongs on this page as much as on the security page, because it is a fact about what any agreement would cover today.
- The shared documents The privacy notice and the terms of use are published on atmon.ai and cover the hosted service and both websites. They are short, and they say the service is in beta. Read them at atmon.ai/privacy and atmon.ai/terms.
- No certificate There is no outside audit and no compliance certificate. A questionnaire is answered honestly, including the rows where the answer is no.
