Legal

The documents.
And which one governs what.

A deployment is governed by one signed agreement between your organization and ours. The privacy notice and the terms of use are shared with atmon.ai, because they are about the hosted service and about these websites rather than about your deployment.

An open bound booklet, ruled on both leaves, with a terracotta ribbon marker out of the spine: the documents that govern a deployment, in one place.

The set

Five documents, and where each one lives

DocumentWhat it governsWhere it is
The license agreementYour right to run the software, the term, the committed volume, the seats and the feesSigned with your organization; sent by the team
Data processing termsHow each side handles personal data, and the fact that the data stays on your machinesPart of the license agreement
Service levels and supportWhat response your team gets, and how quickly, when something is wrongPart of the license agreement
The privacy noticeWhat the hosted service and these websites collect, and from whomPublished at atmon.ai/privacy
The terms of useUse of the hosted service at atmon.ai and of these websitesPublished at atmon.ai/terms

The split is deliberate. Your deployment holds your data and runs on your machines, so what governs it is an agreement between two organizations. The shared documents cover the things we do actually operate: the hosted product and these two websites.

This website

What this site collects

Nothing about you, and this is checkable rather than promised. Every asset on every page here is served from this one address, and a mechanical gate fails the build if a page ever reaches another company for anything.

The same gate is why the fonts, the drawings and the paper texture are all files in this deployment rather than links to somebody else's.

A pegboard where each tool has one outlined place and one tool sits inside its outline in terracotta: every asset this site loads has one place, and it is here.
